The Giorgio Armani Bathroom

Large fashion houses like Armani, Gucci, Prada and the like have long had a tradition of moving their luxury brand label into other non-clothing product.

Eye-wear is the obvious one the omnipresent designer glasses have been a runaway success.  Home interiors is another area where brands like Ralph Lauren produce elaborate lines and home furnishing such as chair, table and the like.

I’ve not come across a luxury brand name move into the bathroom products sector until now.

The Giorgio Armani Bathroom

Giorgio Armani have partnered with Spanish bathroom manufactuer Roca to create an ultra stylish and deeply personal bathroom.

As you would expect all the tiling, flooring, wall covering, lighting and ceiling finishes blend seamlessly and combine to project Giorgio Armani’s style and ethos for the home into the bathroom.

The sales literature make for an interesting read;

The areas of beauty, wellness and basic necessities have been distinguished to preserve the intimacy of each, yet at the same time the sense of openness is not lost.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to see a range of bathrooms in the high street just yet.  It has been developed for new condo project in New York’s financial district.
