A bathroom fit for a castle – A Swedish castle

Whilst we might not all have the means to live in a castle, we can bring a little bit of castle life into our own bathrooms.

In particular we recently sold a Victoria & Albert Toulouse bath to a Spa Hotel in Sweden – the Rastaborg Castle (see picture below).

What drew the attention of hotel to this bath was it’s style and quality.  There is no denying that Victoria & Alberts baths are a little bit special. But the Toulouse bath is a double ended, Bateau bath that would not look out of place in a castle or an English man’s home.

The Toulouse bath is made from QuarryCast. This blends volcanic limestone and high resins. Not as heavy as a cast iron bath or as plastic feeling as an acrylic bath.
