Hansgrohe AXOR Urquiola

It was in 2005 that world renowned designer Patricia Urquiola was asked to produce a timeless piece of art for the International Furniture Trade Fair in Milan. Pulling on her experience she created the WaterDream, a project collaboration with Axor (the designer brand of Hansgrohe AG) and developed a bathroom as a communicative and architectural space.

The finished effect was simply stunning and Patricia’s inspiration has culminated in the creation of the Hansgrohe Axor Urquiola bathroom collection.

The Urquiola bathroom shares similar design principles to the Duravit Puravida range, subtle luxury with delicate feminine lines.

A far cry from traditional norms, conventions and rigid structures, Patricia’s design is a celebration of detail, variety, sensuality and vibrant energy. The entire collection is characterised by flowing transitions, soft shapes and gentle curves. Every single element has its own charming and endearing qualities.
