To be hypnotised or not to be hypnotised?

That was my question

Sharon and I popped up to London to join in a seminar hosted by Paul McKenna.

We were a little anxious in case he starting hypnotising people left right and centre. I kinda thought he would be brandishing a wand and muttering cruxes and curses and zombie like, we would do everything he said!

I know I’ve been watching too much Harry Potter. But it wasn’t like that at all.

He taught proven psychological techniques to help the way we conduct our lives, gaining the most out of any situation and getting rid of any fears or anxieties that might hinder us.

I came home convinced I would have known if I had been hypnotised but woke up this morning, thinking. “I really must start clearing out the stock room. I know the very people who will be interested.”  I couldn’t believe I was listening to myself! Sell my excess stock off and be tidy? Not really something I normally do!
