I don’t like Mondays!
When that song was played endlessly in the summer of 1979 I agreed. Somehow Monday seemed a more troublesome day! Bob Geldoff always looked as if he had trouble getting up on Mondays, appearing dishevelled and wildly untidy.
But after meeting the man and listening to him speak about his life and what he is doing now, I had to revise my opinion of him real fast.
Sir Bob Geldof is an eclectic speaker his words are truly motivating, capturing the essence of his childhood in Ireland which although very hard, taught him to be very tenacious and prepared him for the challenges he would take on.
He certainly couldn’t have organised Band Aid and Live Aid without this ability to never give up and to keep pestering people until he achieved the goals he set himself. I have nothing but admiration for the man and have rapidly set out goals in my own life and am trying to achieve them.
What has all this to do with bathrooms I hear you cry?
Well what I am trying to say in a most roundabout way is that you can have everything you want in your life as long as you plan it in and work towards the goal. With 2012 on its way isn’t this the right time to plan your next project?
If you have always wanted a dream bathroom or a perfect shower room, an en suite in your bedroom or a cloakroom under the stairs, a wet room or maybe a bath right next to your bed. You can have it.
Plan for it, come and see the people who make all hopes and plans for bathrooms from virtual to reality.
Be tenacious and grasp opportunities when they come your way.
Mondays will never be the same again, make them the start of exciting new beginnings.
All of us Ocean Bathroom wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
