Delivery Service
From when you place your order with Ocean, There is a team that are dedicated to your order. The team will make sure that you know what requirments will be needed such as access to the site, unloading and delivery times.
Ocean has its own vehicles which we use for local delivery, we have our own dedicated courrier that we use for over night deliveries. Also some manufacturers will deliver direct to your door for us cutting out the delivery time, but we still keep full control of the procedure.
For extra heavy items the driver maybe accompanied, if there is any extra help needed for unloading you will be informed
