At Ocean Bathrooms we strive to give you the customer the best possible service when purchasing goods - to make it a hassle-free and enjoyable experience. When using our website to purchase items you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms and Conditions which are set out below and we ask you to tick the box which is included on the transaction window to confirm that you have read our Terms and that you agree with them.
This couldn't be easier, select the products you wish to purchase by pressing on the "buy" button. At any time you can check the contents of your shopping basket by going to the top of the screen and clicking on "basket".
When you have completed selecting the goods you wish to buy you then go into the secure online shopping section where you give your personal details and credit/debit card information.
Alternatively, you can order any of the goods from our website, offline by phoning Ocean Bathrooms on 01308 420011 Mon - Fri 9am and 5.30pm and Sat 9am - 4.30pm.
Pricing of Goods
The prices on our website www.oceanabthrooms.com include VAT and are checked for accuracy. Occasionally errors may occur where prices are incorrectly displayed or changed as a result of circumstances beyond our control. In this situation you will be informed of the revised/correct prices once we receive your order, at this time should you wish not to purchase the product at that price we can cancel that part of the order.
All goods are shipped from Ocean Bathrooms, Unit 60, St. Michaels Trading Estate, Bridport, Dorset, United Kingdom, DT6 3RR.
All products must be inspected within 24 hours of delivering & any damages reported withing 48hrs.
All delivery prices are UK only, for any other contries please contact us by email with the items you require so we can put together a complete quotation including shipping etc.
Prices on site are for England ONLY, If you are based in Scotland POA
Please contact us for full details of delivery charges. We will confirm exact delivery charges prior to collecting payment and dispatching goods.

Credit Card Payments
We accept Visa, Delta, MasterCard and Switch. When ordering the address given must be the same as the registered address to the credit card that you are using. We require a land telephone number (not a mobile) when placing an order so that we can contact you should we have a problem with your order. We carry out thorough security checks on all orders.
Order Confirmation and Delivery Times
Once we have received your order we will confirm by email that it has been processed and the expected delivery time.
Shipment will only be made once all products are in stock and operations will advise of delivery times.
Please be aware delivery dates are quoted at time of purchase are a guideline only depending on stock availibility.
We carry a large amount of stock, however, despite our best efforts, sometimes a product can sell out - should this be the case we will inform you of the earliest delivery date. Please inform us at this time should you wish to cancel the order.
Any items which are returned for refund or exchange must be received back at
Unit 60, St. Michaels Trading Estate
within 14 days in a new and unused condition and with the original packaging intact. This should be accompanied with the receipt and a Returns Number which will be given to you by a member of staff quoting your invoice number when phoning 01308 420011. No goods will be accepted without an authorised returns number from Ocean Bathrooms.
We regret that we cannot give refunds for carriage on incorrect purchases and we strongly recommend that you use a recorded/insured delivery service when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
All goods ordered in error will be Non-returnable or will incur a restocking charge & customer will need to return the goods themselves.
When placing an order from abroad we will require the following details from you:
Your full name, address and telephone number (including the international dialling code) so that we may contact if we have a query with your order.
We can only send international orders to the registered billing address of your credit/debit card. We will require faxed confirmation of that address, ie. the top of a recent credit/debit card statement - to enable us to carry out our credit card security checks
