Ikon Property Development for Premium Co-Living Townhouse in Cambridge

*Bedroom with ensuite – great design for a space with character*

Ocean Bathrooms teamed up with Ikon Properties to create a stylishly modern co-living property with 9 ensuite bedrooms in Cambridge.

The brief was to redevelop a Victorian Cambridge Townhouse with shared working and social living spaces in the centre of historical Cambridge.

The property will become home to a group of working professionals who enjoy having their own luxurious space, whilst benefiting from living in a community with other like-minded people.

The property is design-led with each room having its own unique features and decor.

Ocean Bathrooms provided the sanitary ware for each bathroom including vanity unit, shower enclosures, toilets and Hansgrohe showers and accessories.
