The project is a conversion of an old schoolhouse into 25 mezzanine flats of mixed size. Some over two floors, others over three, increasing the building from 18,000sqft to 27,000sqft.
The product will be high end luxury flats for the strong Brighton market. Dapatchi states on their website: “We always ensure our products are finished to the highest possible standards and this development will see us take that to the next level to deliver the best quality finishes that will be extremely desirable in this market.”
Grazina Thompson from Dapatchi adds:
“Bright Heights is a sympathetic conversion of an old school to 25 luxury loft style apartments in central Brighton. We have given a face lift to this historical building in collaboration with Ocean Bathrooms, who helped us to choose the right specification for this project. It was important to achieve the most appropriate design and look at the price bracket that would give the end buyer the most optimum and homely result.
“We had been in particular pleased with the exceptional service that Ocean Bathrooms provided, who went the extra mile and assisted us to achieve swift deliveries in these challenging current times.”
Joe Mühl, Ocean Bathrooms’ Managing Director of Contracts & Commercial Projects says “it was great working with Dapatchi and on the project. They were great to work with and Grazina had a great eye for detail and design, which fitted perfectly with the products we specified. The development looks fantastic and very well finished. We are looking forward to working with them on the next project.”
