We have a high level of after sales support. Our after sales team will decide if you require help from the technical team, designer, installer or the manufacturer. They aim top resolve any issues, or questions you might have, in the unlikely event that any issues arise.
We can normally resolve the issues easily over the phone. However, if required, we can request photos from the customer to send to the supplier or, if required, can meet on site. This can be arranged alongside a brand representative, if there is a product defect.
