The best finish is always determined by the project’s installer.
Across all our showrooms, we have an in-house installation team. This sets us aside from most other companies, who will simply provide you with a business card of someone they have heard of, or give you a list of installers they use.
We will match the skills of the installation team to your project. You will be provided with a project manager who will organise the fitting team, deliveries, liaison with the designer and any other trades required on the project.
Because of some of our designs and products can be more bespoke and complex, we ensure that all the installers we employ have completed all our installation courses. They have a high knowledge and experience of our brands and always deliver a high level of workmanship.
If you’ve received a recommendation of an installer from family, friends or a professional, do consider what level of training has been provided and what guarantee they are offering. With our in-house installation team, we guarantee our work for six years, which is pretty much unheard of in the bathroom industry!
Working with us ensures that your project is installed by highly trained professionals. We can show you work we have finished and the exceptional projects we have installed. To meet our high standards, each project is regularly checked after each installation. Work is only signed off once our project manager has done their final visit and all snagging and finishing is completed, before sign off and final payment.
Our in-house team is there to ensure you have a personal contact with someone who meets our very high standards. They must be professional, offer a high level of customer service and demonstrate expertise in installing all of our products, and they will return to your property in the future if there are any after sales services required.
When working with our in-house installers we have the following process:
- The Designer will conduct their survey. Once the designer has seen the work required and drafted timescales, they will organise a secondary site visit for the Project Manager to check the installation information, fitting list, designs and raise any other lighting or plumbing questions.
- There will then be an initial meeting at the commencement of the project, with the Project Manager, yourself and the trades, to go through any decisions.
- From then on the Project Manager will regularly visit the property to inspect progress, go through work with the on-site trades and answer any questions you have.
